1. What RoadTake is

RoadTake is an AI-powered road trip planning tool that generates itineraries based on your inputs. We use third-party AI models (OpenAI) and mapping services (Google Maps) to generate content. All itineraries are AI-generated suggestions — not professional travel advice.

2. Your use of the service

You may use RoadTake for personal, non-commercial trip planning. You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the platform. You must be 18 or older to purchase a plan.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing a plan, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. One-time purchases ($5) unlock a single generated trip. Monthly subscriptions ($9.99/month) unlock unlimited trips and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime through the customer portal — no account required.

4. Accuracy of itineraries

AI-generated itineraries may contain inaccuracies including incorrect prices, closed venues, or outdated information. Always verify important details (opening hours, bookings, border requirements) before your trip. RoadTake is not liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from acting on AI-generated content.

5. Affiliate links

Some links on RoadTake (Booking.com, Viator, Discover Cars, EKTA) are affiliate links. We may earn a commission if you book through them at no extra cost to you. This does not influence the itinerary content generated.

6. Intellectual property

Generated itineraries are for your personal use. RoadTake retains rights to the platform, design, and code. You retain any content you provide as inputs.

7. Limitation of liability

RoadTake is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the platform, including travel incidents, booking errors, or reliance on AI-generated content.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of RoadTake after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
